$10 AUD / year, optional
Once a year we check in, update your policy for changes in Australian AI and privacy guidance plus any new tools you've adopted, and re-issue it.
Prices in Australian dollars. Not currently registered for GST — no GST is charged.

Terms, refunds & privacy
Service terms
- ClearPolicy provides template-based, customised workplace policy documents. Our documents are general guidance for internal business use — they are not legal advice, and no lawyer-client relationship is created. Businesses in regulated sectors should have policies reviewed by a qualified professional.
- Delivery is by email within one business day of receiving your completed intake questionnaire.
- The Annual Policy Review is an optional yearly subscription, charged automatically. Cancel any time before renewal — no lock-in.
Refunds
- If we haven't yet delivered your policy pack, you may cancel for a full refund at any time.
- If the delivered pack has a defect or doesn't reflect your intake answers, we'll revise it promptly; if we can't put it right, we'll refund you in full.
- Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Privacy
- We collect only the information needed to prepare your policy (business details and intake answers) and to process payment.
- Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
- We don't sell or share your information with third parties for marketing. You can request a copy or deletion of your data at any time via hello@clearpolicy.au.
- Marketing emails we send identify us and include a working unsubscribe, per the Spam Act 2003. Unsubscribes are honoured immediately.
